With the academic year in full swing, CAMERA on Campus leaders are standing strong on campuses across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Israel bringing the truth to light.Throughout September, members of our team attended the IAC Summit and our student fellows have held several educational events on campus including public displays to engage their peers.
CAMERA on Campus at the 2024 IAC National Summit
From September 19th-21st, David Litman, senior research analyst at CAMERA, Adam Gordon, communications manager for CAMERA on Campus, and Jonah Aronson, campus advisor for CAMERA on Campus, attended the 2024 IAC Summit in Washington DC. They engaged with the broader Jewish community, highlighting our work at CAMERA on Campus, the CAMERA Education Institute, and CAMERA’s advanced media monitoring and fact-checking initiatives.
CAMERA on Campus UK Fellows Convene in London To Strategize Against Campus Detractors
On September 22nd, our CAMERA on Campus UK fellows convened with CAMERA UK manager, Christina Jones, and campus advisor, Rojin-Sena Cantay, to develop plans to address the rampant antisemitism and anti-Israel rhetoric on their campuses. During the event, students were given the opportunity to learn from keynote speaker, John Strawson, law professor at the University of East London, School of Law.
CAMERA on Campus’ David Litman Addresses Students at Hopkinton High School
CAMERA Senior Research Analyst David Litman addressed two “Facing History” classes at Hopkinton High School in Massachusetts on the topic of anti-Zionism and antisemitism. David also lectured on the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict and the difference between fair and unfair criticism of the State of Israel.

The CAMERA on Campus Coalition provides educational and financial resources for student activists who want to either create a new Israel group on campus or strengthen their existing, but underfunded group. CAMERA on Campus provides guidance and extensive resources to help you build an effective, independent Israel group on campus. Members of the CAMERA on Campus Coalition learn life-long skills in debate, writing, and public speaking, and benefit from close collaboration with CAMERA on Campus staff and CAMERA researchers. US Campus Advisor
CAMERA seeks a full-time Campus Advisor to join its growing team of young professionals providing support and guidance to students interested in Israel activism. CAMERA on Campus is the university and college-focused department at the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting and Analysis.
Founded in 1982, it is a non-partisan non-profit that strives to correct misinformation in mainstream media.
The Campus Advisor will oversee CAMERA Fellows on campuses in the United States. This includes helping them to organize educational events on campus and to write op-eds for various news outlets. Furthermore, they will help develop and implement effective measures to expand CAMERA’s campus presence. The position will be based in our Boston office.
Requirements for the position include:
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
A willingness to relocate and work out of our Boston office.
Strong event planning skills.
Strong skills in communications, interpersonal relations, and organization.
Strong knowledge of history and politics as it relates to the Middle East, Israel, and the Arab-Israeli conflict.
Excellent writing/editing skills.
Fluency in English.
Graphic design and video editing skills a plus.
